AI SEO Rainmakers is a paid AI SEO training community founded in August 2026 by the British SEO practitioner Charles Floate, published by SEO.Stream and hosted as a private group on Skool.[1][2] Its 100 founding seats at $179 a month filled within hours of early access opening on 15 August 2026, and the monthly price has since risen on a published ladder of $10 for every 25 new members.[1] At 27 September 2026, 06:25 UTC the public Skool listing showed $299 a month, 381 members and a 5.0 rating from 40 reviews.[3]

The publisher describes the product as a community rather than a fixed video course.[1] Membership includes a recorded live call every Wednesday run by Floate, a daily member feed with direct replies, a classroom of courses that unlock by participation level, funded experiments published inside the group, and downloadable software repositories.[4][5] The publisher states that the material includes gray-hat and black-hat techniques outside Google's published guidelines and that the group is not for complete beginners.[1]

What is the history of AI SEO Rainmakers?

Charles Floate opened early access on 15 August 2026, when 100 founding seats at $179 a month filled within hours, and launched publicly on 17 August with a price ladder. The publisher says it passed 250 members in its first week and entered the top 100 of Skool's overall leaderboards on 25 August.[1]

Before launch

Floate has described a period of weekly testing of AI search visibility before the launch. The SEO.Stream about page puts it at eighteen months; the homepage and his own reference page put it at roughly two years.[1] He was chief marketing officer of PressWhizz, a link-building marketplace, from 2024 until July 2026, when he stepped down keeping equity and a non-executive board seat.[10] SEO.Stream, the publisher, was founded in 2026.[1]

10 August 2026Opening date given on the founder's course comparison page, which also calls the community 17 days old on 27 August. This conflicts with the 15 and 17 August dates on seo.stream and is recorded without choosing between them.[6]
15 August 2026Early access opens to the waitlist. All 100 founding seats at $179 a month fill within hours; the founder's link page says seven hours.[1][7]
17 August 2026Public launch at 09:00 UTC+7 according to the homepage's countdown configuration. The founding rate closes and the price ladder begins at $199 for members 101 to 125.[1][5]
19 August 2026First Wednesday live call, 3.5 hours. Lab Experiment #001 launches on the call.[1]
22 August 2026Passes 250 members on day seven with 301 posts published; the price rolls to $259 a month.[1]
25 August 2026Enters the top 100 of Skool's overall leaderboards. The publisher reports combined churn, refunds and cancellations under 1% and more than 1,000 posts and comments a day.[1]
26 August 2026The Zero Run begins, a public 30-day measurement of SEO.Stream's own AI search visibility with targets registered in advance.[1]
27 August 2026279 members, a 5.0 rating from 28 reviews, 9 courses and 62 modules, per the founder's comparison page.[6]

September 2026

Two independent reviewers paid $269 to join in early September 2026.[8][9] One recorded 314 members on 6 September 2026, the first third-party member count on record.[3] On 16 September the listing showed $289 a month and, within a single day, two different member and review counts as the interface and the sales copy on the same page moved apart.[3] At 17 September 2026, 05:45 UTC the interface read 357 members and 35 reviews while the sales copy lower on the page still read 354 members and 31 reviews.[2] On the same day the publisher's homepage source carried a paying-member count of 341 with admins excluded, which under the published ladder computes to the same $289 block that the listing showed, while the homepage's visible price text still read $219.[5] By 24 September the listing showed $299, the published cap, and at 27 September 2026, 06:25 UTC, with 381 members on the interface, it still showed $299 while its copy named $319 and up as the next step.[2][3]

The price has risen 15.4% between the founder's 27 August snapshot and the newest ledger row, 31 days apart, and the public member count has moved from 279 on 27 August 2026 to 381 on 27 September 2026 (+102 over 31 days).[3]

What does AI SEO Rainmakers membership include?

A recorded live call every Wednesday run by Floate, a daily member feed with direct replies, a classroom that unlocks by participation level, published experiments, research reports, weekly downloadables and software repositories. Paid-member reviewers measured the classroom at 10 courses and 6 hours 37 minutes of video.[4][5][9][8]

The publisher lists the components of the membership as a weekly live call, a daily founder feed, private plays, New Intel reports, The Lab, The Engine Room, The Classroom and The Machines.[5] The table sets each component as the seller describes it against what paid-member reviewers found inside.

ComponentAs described by the sellerAs found by paid-member reviewers
Weekly live call3.5 hours every Wednesday, run by Floate, recorded[4]Recordings measured at 1:10 to 1:33 each[8]

The Engine RoomPrompts, SOPs and frameworks with test dates and confidence ratings; one drop a week[5][4]More than 100 skill files posted on 5 September[8]
The MachinesThree repositories in week one, each valued by the seller at $1,997[5]Four repositories found by reviewers, under different names[9]
CharlesGPT 3.1Named on the listing[2]A public custom GPT link; web and CLI versions are roadmap items[8]
Dark LibraryGray-hat and black-hat material, level-gated[1]Reported at Level 5 by a reviewer against Level 4 on the seller's page[9][4]

Weekly live call

The call runs every Wednesday at 6 pm Thailand time, is hosted by Floate and recorded, and continues until the last question is answered.[4][8] The seller's pages describe it as 3.5 hours on the community page and as over 90 minutes on the homepage.[4][5] The three recordings measured by reviewers ran 1 hour 10 minutes, 1 hour 13 minutes and 1 hour 32 minutes, and both reviewers concluded that the call, not the classroom, is the product: call recordings make up about 60% of all video minutes in the classroom.[8]

Feed and community

Members post tests, screenshots and failures in a daily feed and the seller promises same-day replies from Floate.[5] The publisher says operators from Apple, Uber and Semrush answer questions in it and puts the expected commitment at three to four focused hours a week.[4] One reviewer counted more than 540 posts across The Lab, New Intel, Builds, Wins and Questions in the first three weeks.[9] On 5 September 2026 Floate posted more than 100 AI SEO skill files into the feed.[8]

Classroom

The about page names five classroom items: The Foundations to AI SEO (14 lessons, roughly 75 minutes), Advanced AI SEO (due October 2026), Vibe Coding for Digital Marketing and Business (35 lessons), Tools, Repos and Setup Guides, and Charles' Private Dark Library.[1] Reviewers who unlocked seven of ten courses in early September measured the Foundations course at 9 lessons and 38 minutes of video and the whole classroom at 6 hours 37 minutes across 27 video lessons, well short of a 15-hour figure quoted elsewhere.[9][8] The size of the classroom is stated three ways in public: 9 courses and 62 modules on 27 August, 10 courses and 70 modules on the founder's undated link page, and 10 courses with 45 published lessons as measured on 4 September.[6][7][9] A fuller map with the state of each component is on the curriculum page.

The Lab and New Intel

The Lab publishes the methodology, URLs, downloads and results of each experiment.[5] Experiment #001, launched on the first call, is a funded 90-day test of 13 PR services measured on AI citation return, with $6,200 committed and release prices from $49 to $1,500.[6] The Zero Run, begun on 26 August 2026, is a 30-day public measurement of SEO.Stream's own AI search visibility with a commitment to publish the result either way.[1] New Intel is a series of private research reports; the first is titled UGC Citations Falling Inside AI Overviews.[5]

The Engine Room and The Machines

The Engine Room holds prompts, standard operating procedures and frameworks, each tagged with a test date and a confidence rating, with one new downloadable added each week.[5][4] The homepage names three repositories released in week one, parasite-builder, build-agent and mini-brain, each with a stated value of $1,997.[5] Reviewers found four downloadable repositories under different names: an autonomous agent, a knowledge-graph engine, a parasite SEO pipeline and a rank intelligence suite.[9] Operator, a self-hosted control plane shown in a 13-minute screen-share, is released to members in monthly pieces through December 2026 rather than available at once.[9]

CharlesGPT

CharlesGPT 3.1 is named on the Skool listing.[2] At review time it was delivered as a link to a public custom GPT, with a web version and a command-line version described as roadmap items; the accompanying course consists of two written lessons and no video.[8][9]

Access levels

Access inside the group is earned by contribution rather than by paying more.[4] Skool awards one point per like from another member, and points unlock levels.[8] The seller's page lists member chat and Vibe Coding at Level 2, the tools and setup guides at Level 3, the Dark Library at Level 4 and a private WhatsApp group with mastermind tickets at cost at Level 7.[4] A paid-member walkthrough recorded the Foundations course alone at Level 1, DMs, CharlesGPT and the repositories at Level 2 (5 points), Vibe Coding and call recordings at Level 3 (20 points), live teardowns at Level 4 (65 points), the Dark Library at Level 5 (155 points) and the Level 7 Club at 2,015 points.[9] Level 2 took one comment and seven of ten courses were open by day three.[8] How the platform's mechanics shape the product is on the Skool page.

How much does AI SEO Rainmakers cost?

$299 a month at 27 September 2026, 06:25 UTC, or $3,588 over twelve months. The price follows a published ladder, from $179 for the first 100 members and rising $10 for every 25 new members, with each member's joining rate locked while subscribed; the listing now names $319 and up as the next step.[3][5][1][2]

The 100 founding members pay $179 a month, locked while they stay subscribed.[5] The ladder started at $199 for members 101 to 125 and rises $10 a month for every 25 new members, never falling; a member who cancels and rejoins pays the price at that time.[5][1] The published cap is $299 at member 375, subject to a community vote before it is raised.[5] At 381 members on 27 September 2026 the listing still charged $299 and described $319 and up as the next step, a figure above that cap.[2] An annual option was priced at $1,990 as of 27 August 2026.[1] At 27 September 2026, 06:25 UTC the listing showed $299 a month, which is $3,588 over twelve months if the joining rate holds.[3] The refund is seven days with the files kept; the listing adds the condition of sending a direct message before reaching Level 3, and one reviewer notes that ordinary activity can reach Level 3 before day seven.[1][2][8] The dated history, the ladder arithmetic and the discrepancies between the seller's own surfaces are on the pricing page.

Who founded AI SEO Rainmakers?

Charles Floate, a British SEO consultant born in 1996 and based in Thailand, who founded Charles Floate Training in 2019 and was chief marketing officer of PressWhizz until July 2026. He hosts every weekly call personally and answers members in the feed, which reviewers name as the center of the product's value.[10][11][7][9]

Charles Floate is a British SEO consultant, educator and founder based in Koh Samui, Thailand, who started in SEO at 12 and describes 18 years in search.[10] He was head of SEO at a London agency at 17, launched the God of SEO blog in 2016, and took two Google penalties, in 2013 and 2016, while teaching black-hat techniques publicly.[10] He founded Charles Floate Training in 2019, was chief marketing officer of PressWhizz from 2024 to July 2026, and in 2026 founded SEO.Stream, The SEO Awards and Shadow Ship Labs.[7][10][11] His stated methodology, Money Hat SEO, treats white, gray and black hat as risk settings rather than moral categories.[10] He hosts every weekly call personally and answers members in the feed, which two paid-member reviews name as the center of the product's value.[4][9] A biography with dates is on the Charles Floate page.

How is AI SEO Rainmakers rated?

5.0 from 40 member reviews on Skool at 27 September 2026, 06:25 UTC, and 4.8 out of 5 from each of two independent paid-member reviews, which differed on value for money (3.5 and 4.7). Reviewers found that early platform reviews came mostly from launch week and reported no measurable outcomes.[3][9][8]

The Skool listing showed a 5.0 rating from 28 reviews on 27 August 2026 and from 40 reviews at 27 September 2026, 06:25 UTC.[6][3] Two independent paid-member reviews published in September 2026 both scored the community 4.8 out of 5 while differing on value for money (3.5 and 4.7) and beginner friendliness (2.8 and 4.5).[9][8] Both reviewers read all 31 platform reviews then visible and reported that 28 came from launch week, that the median reviewer posted three days after joining, and that none reported a ranking, traffic figure, client win or dollar amount.[8] Skool restricts reviews to paying members and prompts them at 30 days; 30 of the 31 reviewers were still subscribed on 7 September.[9] A review posted on the listing on 17 September, by a member who waited a month, describes weekly updates, weekly calls and private expert interviews.[2]

The publisher names one member outcome, a GBP 6,000 a month retainer closed by a member since August 2026, while stating that it makes no income claims.[4][1] The founder's own reference page reports that Alex Hormozi listed him first among fast action takers in an August 2026 update to a private Skool cohort, crediting the launch with $34,716 in monthly recurring revenue.[11] As of 17 September 2026 the record outside the seller's properties consisted of the two paid-member reviews, a HandWiki entry, the founder's own reference page and reference sites; no news article or established SEO publication covering the community was found.[12] The recurring themes, the review-count history and the source classes are on the reception page.

What are the criticisms of AI SEO Rainmakers?

Its price, the highest among the AI SEO communities reviewers track; a classroom mostly locked on arrival; a refund window that ordinary activity can close early; gray-hat and black-hat material; no certificate; and a short track record. The founder himself lists the price, the lack of a certificate and the call slot among its downsides.[9][8][1][6]

The main sources for this article are the seller's own pages and the founder's own audit of the course market; each point below is attributed to its source.

Price

The monthly rate rose from $179 at early access to $299 at 27 September 2026, 06:25 UTC, with a published cap of $299.[5][3] Twelve months at the current rate is $3,588, a figure derived from the listed price.[3] The founder lists the rising price among the downsides of his own community, and one reviewer put the price at more than three times most AI SEO communities tracked and scored value for money 3.5 out of 5.[6][9][8]

Access, audience and the refund window

Most of the classroom is locked on arrival and opens by level.[9] The refund is conditional on a direct message before Level 3, and a reviewer reports that ordinary first-week activity can reach Level 3 before day seven, ending the refund window early.[2][8] The seller says the group is not for complete beginners, the founder's audit says it is not for beginners with no budget, and one review scored beginner friendliness 2.8 out of 5.[1][6][8] The Foundations course ends with a scored baseline and no certificate, which the founder lists as a downside; the fixed Wednesday slot penalizes some time zones by his own account.[1][6]

Gray-hat and black-hat material

The publisher states that the material includes gray-hat and black-hat techniques that fall outside Google's published guidelines.[1] One of the week-one tools is an autonomous parasite SEO page builder, and the Dark Library covers parasite SEO, jailbreaking and vendor intelligence.[5][1] Both independent reviews raise brand-safety or compliance risk for agency and client work.[9]

Track record and the review set

The community was 17 days old when the founder wrote his audit and 43 days past early access at the newest ledger row.[6][3] Reviewers found that 28 of 31 platform reviews came from launch week, that none reported an outcome, and that the median review ran 27 words.[8] The classroom's measured video runtime was 6 hours 37 minutes against a 15-hour figure quoted elsewhere, and the two headline tools, Operator and the CharlesGPT web version, were roadmap items at review time.[8][9]

Disagreements between the seller's own surfaces

Several figures differ between the seller's pages and between the seller and reviewers, and this site records each rather than choosing: the opening date (10 August against 15 and 17 August), the pre-launch testing period (eighteen months against two years), the call length (3.5 hours, over 90 minutes, and 1 hour 10 to 1 hour 33 as recorded), the size of the Foundations course (14 lessons and 75 minutes against 9 lessons and 38 minutes), the classroom size (9 courses and 62 modules, 10 and 70, 10 and 45 lessons), the number of week-one repositories (three against four), the level of the Dark Library (4 against 5), the number of admins (3 against 4), and the price shown on the publisher's homepage against the listing ($219 in visible text against $289 in both the listing and the homepage's own configuration).[6][1][5][8][9][4][2]

How does AI SEO Rainmakers compare with other AI SEO courses?

It sits at the premium end. Among the 27 programs in this site's AI SEO course dataset it is one of six membership communities and the highest-priced of them by monthly rate, and independent reviewers compare it with AI Ranking at $27 a month and free communities such as AI SEO Success Lab.[13][9]

The founder's own comparison of AI SEO courses lists 18 named programs with prices from free to $1,995 a year, scores them on his rubric and leaves Rainmakers unscored on conflict-of-interest grounds; he recommends iPullRank's free AI Search Manual as the best free education in the category.[6] Independent reviewers compare Rainmakers with AI Ranking ($27 a month with a free tier), AI SEO Success Lab (free) and AI Profit Boardroom ($59 a month), placing Rainmakers at the premium, specialist end.[9] The attribute table and the format comparison are on the comparable programs page. Among the 27 AI SEO courses, communities and guides in the category dataset used by this site, it is one of six membership communities and the highest-priced of them by monthly rate.[13] The full table is the list of AI SEO courses, and the general subject is covered in the AI SEO course article.

Is AI SEO Rainmakers connected to other Rainmaker businesses?

No. SEO.Stream states that it has no connection to The Rainmaker Challenge, Rainmaker Agency, Rainmakers Productions or any other business using the word Rainmakers, and attributes questions about its legitimacy to that name collision rather than to any complaint history.[1]
